How You Will Create Impact
You will actively seek user insights that shape product decisions through continuous discovery of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, designers, and developers, you will ensure our GenAI solutions are valuable, user-friendly, and impactful.
Your expertise will help us transform user-centered practices and data-driven innovation into smarter, more efficient, personalized solutions that set new industry standards.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Lead and execute comprehensive research initiatives in the GenAI product space using mixed methods of qualitative and quantitative research.
- Synthesize complex research data into actionable insights to inform product strategy.
- Work with product design strategists, designers, and leaders to understand user needs and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
- Present research findings to product leadership and stakeholders.
- Create experience maps, user journeys, and blueprints to communicate customer context.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks for ongoing product value assessment.
- Facilitate workshops for research planning, insights synthesis, co-creation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Share expertise to enhance team skills and product training.
What Is Needed To Be Successful
- 5+ years of experience designing and conducting UX research in digital product organizations.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience with rapid experimentation and prototyping.
- Strong skills in research synthesis and presentation of findings.
- Proven ability to influence product decisions through research insights.
- Deep knowledge of Figma and ability to leverage it for UX research.
- Experience delivering insights that inform feature prioritization aligned with user and business needs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard UX tools and data analytics methods.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence senior leadership.
