Base pay range $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr Payrate: $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Role: Product Designer Location: Remote, PST Preferred. Duration: 6 Months+ Job Description: We are seeking experienced designers with 5+ years of experience in an agency or consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, with strong pattern recognition and synthesis skills. A key responsibility will be applying and creating design patterns to solve complex problems effectively. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Create user-focused experiences and interfaces across mobile, web apps, dashboards, etc. Create and maintain design documentation including wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design. Collaborate with staff to develop concepts into features during the software development lifecycle. Create and demonstrate prototypes, validating designs with the product team, stakeholders, and users. Work with team members to understand customer needs and translate them into design elements. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and promote them within the UX team. Top 3 Must Have Skills: Excellent visual design skills High level of craft and polish Experience with product design Skills: Proficient in Figma Expertise in Photoshop, with fluency in Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or similar tools Knowledge of XHTML/CSS Portfolio of web application design preferred Daily Responsibilities: Familiarize with client offerings Gather requirements and align expectations with stakeholders Develop and refine UI toolkits Identify upsell opportunities Self-directed design and development Build and enhance design systems and UI components Pay Transparency: The typical base pay across the U.S. is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
