Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Lead sales initiatives across digital ad products including OTT/CTV, display, mobile, native, and programmatic channels. Build revenue through high-value partnerships and develop go-to-market strategies. Manage sales pipeline and collaborate with sales teams to grow digital revenue. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Maintain relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive revenue. Develop strategies for client acquisition and negotiate contracts for long-term partnerships. Product & Market Strategy Understand digital ad formats and develop strategic sales plans. Collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings and measurement capabilities. Industry Leadership & Innovation Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications 8+ years in digital media sales, with emphasis on OTT/CTV and programmatic buying. Leadership experience managing sales teams. Deep knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem. Proven success in closing high-value deals. Strong client relationship skills and excellent communication abilities. Data-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across teams. Willingness to travel as needed.
