Job Description:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence different levels of the organization.
- Expertise in cybersecurity documentation (playbooks, governance policies, SOPs, etc.).
- Project management experience with the ability to track documentation progress and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
- Creativity and self-motivation, capable of producing clear, structured, and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain governance documentation for cybersecurity, including procedures, playbooks, and security policies.
- Collaborate with Information Security Teams to create detailed documentation for incident response, risk management, and compliance protocols.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Lead meetings to discuss security policies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple small security-related projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Utilize SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel for documentation and collaboration.
