As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and plans for commercial and residential buildings. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for their project Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and plans Conduct research on building materials, methods, and codes Ensure projects meet all safety, zoning, and building regulations Monitor progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Proven experience as an Architectural Designer in the United States Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools Extensive knowledge of building materials, methods, and codes Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors Benefits:
