Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure the overall efficiency of marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain marketing schedules, calendars, and project timelines
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Monitor and manage communications with partners and vendors
- Support the execution of offline marketing events and promotions
- Conduct market and competitor research as needed
- Track campaign performance and assist with data analysis
- Ensure brand consistency across all printed and digital materials
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
