Job Purpose

The Creative Manager and Writer will lead our marketing creative vision, ensuring content aligns with our brand and business goals. This role involves developing compelling narratives for our target audience and managing the creative process from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for all creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
• Create, edit, and oversee production of high-quality content across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with agencies, printers, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated strategies that boost engagement and sales.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
• At least 8 years in a creative leadership role within a corporate or agency setting, with a strong portfolio of diverse projects.

Skills

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Asana or Trello.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership skills to inspire and manage creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or technical writing is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data to refine creative strategies.

Salary Range (annual): $90,000 - $130,000

Compensation includes benefits such as health insurance, life and disability coverage, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO, and may include stock awards and bonuses depending on the role.
