Role:

The Influencer Marketing Campaign Associate, internally known as the Brand Success Manager, is responsible for the successful execution of Linqia's influencer marketing programs. This role requires strategic thinking, client management, and operational execution to ensure high-quality campaign performance and client satisfaction.

The Brand Success Manager is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing end-to-end campaign execution while balancing client needs, influencer partnerships, and internal team coordination. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable success.

The Brand Success Manager reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the principal liaison between clients, agency, and Linqia internal teams to:
  • Partner with Fortune 500 brands to deliver top-tier influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Support content ideation, development, and delivery aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for influencers, managing onboarding and campaign experience.
  • Track social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and generate insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Understand client products and marketing goals to proactively propose campaign strategies and optimizations.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and analysis, including campaign calendar, results monitoring, creative briefs, and reports.
  • Identify trends to enhance client experience and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 6 to 48 months of marketing or account management experience.
  • Knowledge of digital/social media advertising to drive traffic and brand awareness.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively as a team player.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing startup environment.
  • 4-year college degree.
  • Passion for digital, social, and influencer marketing.
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come into the office at least 2 days a week.
