The Publisher Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential affiliate partners across various media channels. He/She will drive the expansion of our affiliate network and generate additional revenue for the business.

The role involves managing and growing initiatives for Fluent, focusing on daily communication with existing affiliates, cultivating new opportunities, and identifying new business avenues for vertical growth.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated multitasker with strong analytical skills, knowledgeable about the digital landscape, and experienced in a fast-paced, results-driven entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

• Grow the publisher base to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Support and optimize campaigns, providing recommendations to help partners scale
• Maintain regular communication with publishers to build long-term relationships
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitors
• Participate in affiliate conferences
• Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and publishers through outreach
• Vet and onboard affiliates ensuring quality and alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand performance and communicate effectively with publishers

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in affiliate acquisition and marketing
• Experience with tracking platforms (Tune, CAKE, etc.)
• Knowledge of implementing and optimizing affiliate campaigns
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and foster affiliate relationships
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 plus commission. Salaries vary based on location, experience, and performance.
