Skincare Studio Esthetician Job at OSEA Malibu in Los Angeles

Requirements

1. Provide personalized facials based on a thorough understanding of our products and client needs.
2. Follow treatment protocols and adhere to scheduled treatment times.
3. Educate clients on products and services; recommend personalized home skincare regimens.
4. Demonstrate sales skills to meet retail sales goals.
5. Support brand integrity by following all treatment protocols.
6. Maintain a clean environment and comply with sanitation guidelines.
7. Help clients feel better and more confident after their treatments.

Qualifications

1. Warm, welcoming personality.
2. Passion for skincare and client service.
3. At least 2 years of experience providing facials.
4. Valid California esthetician license.
5. Knowledge of natural, non-toxic ingredients and clean beauty.
6. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude.
7. Ability to work with various skin concerns and make clients comfortable.
8. Strong product recommendation and sales skills.
9. Excellent time management and communication skills.
10. Team player with flexibility for shift coverage.
11. Weekend availability is required.

Position Details

This is a part-time, hourly position with an immediate opening at our OSEA Skincare Studio in Venice.

Compensation: Minimum wage plus commission opportunities.
