The marketing coordinator will: Understand the proposal/procurement process within the AEC industry. Lead pursuit teams in developing proposals and presentations to win projects. Learn our services, UVPs, and structure to effectively present our qualifications. Manage multiple pursuits efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management. Read RFQ/P documents and prepare proposal checklists. Experience with CRM databases like Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet, or Deltek Vision. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, and preferably Photoshop and Illustrator. Lead pursuit kickoff calls, develop strategies, and assign responsibilities. Prepare and coach teams for client interviews. Maintain project and personnel data in CRM. Develop marketing materials and graphics with the content team. Perform QC reviews of proposals. Coordinate proposal printing, assembly, and electronic submissions. Work with external partners and respond to RFP requests, with DOT proposal experience preferred. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks may be required. Performance Expectations

Complete training and support backup personnel. Attend regular meetings and adhere to policies. Coordinate with teams and monitor ISO compliance. Manage marketing database and proposal process efficiently. Ensure quality and consistency in proposals and collateral.
