Job Summary:
As a marketing specialist for DuPont Tedlar business, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and implementation of marketing initiatives. You will support the global marketing director in executing corporate programs, including promotional activities, advertising, and events. You will also be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing research initiatives and data analysis. This is a contractor position.
Major Responsibilities:
Support the global marketing director in formulating and executing comprehensive marketing plans for the company
Assist in developing marketing strategies that will support the objectives of the company and its customers
Conduct research and perform analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
Help in the organization, management, and promotion of company events, including trade shows, conferences, and seminars
Produce marketing content, ranging from social media posts to press releases
Collaborate with the broader marketing team in the creation of compelling digital and print marketing content
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
Have 2-3 years of work experience in marketing or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to work under pressure
Experience in market research, data analysis, and content creation
Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to think outside of the box
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for marketing, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently
