ltimetrik is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The UX Designer will play a crucial role in designing user-centered digital solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for participating in the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and engaging user experiences across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end UX design processes, including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate those insights into actionable design improvements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Design and strategize investment platforms.
- Optimize designs to reduce user drop-offs and increase completion rates.
- pply knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
