We're seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time in elevating our brand presence and driving strategic client acquisition through innovative marketing initiatives. In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of both virtual collaboration and in-person teamwork while playing a pivotal part in implementing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media platforms. Responsibilities: • Copywriting & Content Development: Write and edit blog posts, social media content, emails, and sales documents. Develop lead magnets and manage a content calendar. • Social Media Management: Implement strategies to grow followers and engagement on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Respond to messages, engage with followers, and monitor brand sentiment. • Email Marketing & List Management: Create email templates and workflows in platforms like Mailchimp. Manage segmented lists for personalized messaging. • Audio & Video Editing: Edit short videos or audio clips for social media or online courses. • Graphic Design: Use design platforms (such as Canva) to create visuals that align with client branding. • Tech Administration & CRM Management: Assist with CRM workflows, manage data, and report on client outreach. • Project Coordination: Coordinate tasks within project management tools to meet deadlines and keep projects on schedule. • Vendor Research & Management: Research and maintain relationships with vendors for services like paid media and technology solutions. • SEO & Keyword Research: Optimize content for search engines and handle metadata updates. • Community & Podcast Management: Moderate online communities, manage podcast guest outreach, and handle editing and publishing. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in coaching, training, or professional services. • Proven track record of successful campaign management and lead generation. • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). • Experience with social media management. • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva design experience. • CRM integration and management experience. Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
