Mechanical Designer

Selectek has an immediate need to hire a Mechanical Designer for a full-time position in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area. Job Details Candidates will be responsible for creating product designs including 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks. The company needs someone who can produce detailed drawings based on customer and supplier specifications, determine and arrange necessary equipment, and provide engineering support for the manufacturing and sales teams. Requirements for Qualification: 5+ years of Industrial Machine Design experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design preferred Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Experience managing design projects from initial concept to successful installation Ability to apply and comprehend mechanical engineering math and principles Compensation $36.00-$55.00 per hour based on experience, before permanent conversion.
