About the role

As a Growth Lead, you'll serve as an embedded extension of our clients' growth teams, not a passive consultant. You'll own strategy and execution for a portfolio of accounts, driving measurable SEO and GEO results through daydream's workflows and your own expertise.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client partnership. You'll balance hands-on execution with clear communication, ensuring both quality deliverables and trusted relationships.

What you'll do

  • Lead strategy and execution for a set of client accounts, driving SEO programs to measurable performance gains.
  • Act as a forward-deployed partner inside client organizations, building trust through clarity and speed.
  • Use daydream's platform and playbooks to generate, refine, and optimize content at scale.
  • Track performance, diagnose issues early, and adapt strategies to keep growth momentum.
  • Uphold quality standards across all deliverables, acting as the first line of defense for content and technical accuracy.
  • Share insights and feedback to improve our systems, tools, and playbooks.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, reinforcing confidence in execution.
• What we're looking for
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or a related field, including at least 2 - 3 years in a digital agency environment.
  • Hands-on expertise across technical SEO, content strategy, and programmatic execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-quality delivery environments.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Search Console and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust with clients and collaborate across teams.

  • Prefer slow, perfectionist cycles of work over high-velocity delivery paired with strong QA standards.
  • Struggle to communicate clearly, directly, and frequently with both clients and internal teammates.

  • $120K - $140K base salary + performance-based variable comp + equity
