BVK seeks a digital leader to drive integrated marketing solutions across all channels, combining deep analytics expertise with strategic business acumen. This leadership role oversees the digital and analytics ecosystem, from performance-based media to emerging technologies, ensuring data-driven decision making and measurable client success across healthcare, higher education, and tourism sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Define and implement enterprise-wide measurement frameworks across all media channels: digital, broadcast, print, OOH, and experiential

Drive innovation in marketing technology stack implementation, including, Martech, CRM, analytics platforms, and attribution models

Lead cross-functional teams across analytics, performance-based media, and technology disciplines

Develop comprehensive client growth strategies integrating traditional and digital channels

Spearhead digital transformation initiatives for clients and internal operations

Analytics & Performance:

Design multi-channel attribution models and unified measurement approaches

Establish KPI frameworks and ROI methodologies across all marketing initiatives

Architect data infrastructure integrating first-party data, third-party sources, and market research

Lead predictive modeling and AI implementation for campaign optimization

Direct web analytics, conversion optimization, and digital experience measurement

Cross-Channel Measurement & Analytics:

Develop cross-channel attribution models linking online and offline touchpoints

Implement advanced analytics for cross-channel optimization and budget allocation

Lead marketing mix modeling to quantify channel effectiveness and interaction

Build data-driven stories and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders

Build comprehensive measurement strategies across channels

Clearly communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical

Lead C-suite relationships and strategic

Develop custom reporting frameworks and executive

Guide quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key

Lead innovation workshops and thought leadership

Serve as primary client contact for digital-specific

Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within

Business Development Leadership:

Lead high-stakes pitches and business development initiatives

Lead and write comprehensive RFP responses

Develop winning pitch strategies and presentations

Present technical solutions to prospective clients

Collaborate with the finance team on pricing strategies

Oversee scope development and resource planning

Identify and pursue strategic new business opportunities

Build strategic partner relationships

Lead discovery sessions with potential clients

First-Party Data & Privacy Compliance:

Develop first-party data strategies to enhance marketing performance while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, PII regulations, GDPR, and CCPA.

Oversee privacy-first analytics, including HIPAA-compliant tracking solutions, server-side tracking, and consent-based audience targeting.

Ensure responsible data governance, particularly in healthcare (HIPAA) and higher education (FERPA) marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with IT and legal teams to implement data security and regulatory best

Educate internal teams and clients on privacy regulations and ethical data usage in

Build and mentor high-performing teams across performance marketing and

Ensure efficient resource utilization, workload balance, and profitability of direct

Establish cross-functional collaboration processes to enhance team

Guide website technical discovery and solutions architecture for

Oversee vendor relationships and technology

Lead internal training initiatives on technology, AI, media measurement trends, and data

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing analytics leadership

Deep expertise in multi-channel measurement and attribution

Strong background in traditional and digital media

Advanced knowledge of marketing technology platforms and data architecture

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams

Track record of C-suite relationship management

Experience in healthcare, higher education, or tourism sectors

Bachelor's degree required

Technical Knowledge:

Attribution & Marketing Automation: Multi-touch attribution platforms, CDP/CRM systems.

Data Analysis & AI: SQL, Snowflake, FiveTran, DBT, AI/ML applications in

Media Planning & Buying: Digital, programmatic, social, and traditional media

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of integrated marketing

Strong grasp of emerging marketing

Knowledge of privacy regulations and data

Experience in healthcare, higher education, and tourism

Understanding of agency operations, account management, and strategic

Familiarity in website UX, design, and development solutions
