Creative Director - Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Creative Director to lead brand vision, campaign development, and content strategy. You’ll oversee all creative initiatives, from high-converting TV commercials and website assets to Amazon A+ content and in-store marketing. Your leadership will ensure a compelling, consistent brand presence across all sales channels. This role requires both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, managing an in-house team while building and leading external creative partners. Creative Director - Key Responsibilities Brand Leadership: Develop and maintain a cohesive brand presence across Amazon, Retail, and Direct-to-Consumer channels, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of impactful Connected TV commercials, video ads, Amazon A+ content, social media assets, and in-store marketing materials.
Website & Social Strategy: Lead the redesign of LifeSeasons.com, blending brand storytelling with conversion-driven UX.
Social Strategy: Guide organic social media strategy, grow our influencer marketing program, and contribute to the growth of the 'For Life' podcast.
Creative Execution & Collaboration: Manage creative budgets, timelines, and priorities while fostering strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies. Mentor and lead a high-performing creative team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Creative Director - Required Qualifications 10+ years in brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing.
Experience in the natural products or supplements industry.
Proven success creating high-converting creative for DTC, Amazon, and retail.
Strong expertise in video production, web design, and digital storytelling.
Exceptional leadership, project management, and budget oversight skills.
