Direct message the job poster from The Adecco Group Member of the Board of Advisors | Programming Board Advisor | Specialty Recruiter (360) UX Strategist - Digital Experience Diagnostician A MAJOR TECH FIRM CLIENT is seeking an experienced UX Strategist with exceptional diagnostic capabilities to join the digital transformation team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in low-code/no-code platforms and content management systems to identify underlying user experience challenges and develop innovative solutions for clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Digital Experience Diagnostics : Conduct comprehensive assessments of client digital ecosystems to identify underlying UX issues that may not be immediately apparent to stakeholders Low-Code/No-Code Solution Architecture : Design and implement user-centered solutions using platforms like Webflow, Bubble, Wix, Shopify, or similar tools to rapidly prototype and deploy improvements CMS Strategy & Implementation : Evaluate, recommend, and configure content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, etc.) that align with client business objectives and user needs Research Leadership : Design and execute mixed-method UX research studies including contextual inquiry, usability testing, and analytics analysis to uncover hidden pain points Stakeholder Alignment : Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to build consensus around problem definitions and solution approaches Measurement Framework Development : Create KPI frameworks to validate solution effectiveness and demonstrate ROI Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX strategy, service design, or digital transformation roles Demonstrated expertise with multiple low-code/no-code platforms and CMS systems Strong portfolio showcasing diagnostic approaches and problem-solving methodologies Experience conducting heuristic evaluations and usability assessments Excellent facilitation skills for stakeholder workshops and collaborative sessions Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Design, or related field (Master's preferred) Desired Skills Experience with design systems implementation and governance Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Familiarity with data visualization tools for presenting research insights Background in change management or organizational psychology Experience in agile or lean UX methodologies Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Engineering, Information Technology, and Research Industries Technology, Information and Media, Information Services, and IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Adecco Group by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Disability insurance Get notified when a new job is posted.
