Part-Time Music Director St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Sugar Grove, IL is seeking a part-time Music Director. The Music Director will provide musical leadership for all liturgies, including weekends, holy days, weddings, and funerals. Responsibilities Playing the organ/keyboard and providing vocal leadership Scheduling musicians Overseeing choirs Selecting music Qualifications Faithful Catholic in good standing preferred Proficient in playing the organ and/or keyboard, in singing, and conducting Knowledge of Catholic liturgy is preferred Ability to inspire involvement and participation; work collaboratively with others Compensation $22-$25/hour dependent on experience $80/Mass (if in excess of normal weekly responsibilities) Benefits include paid personal time off equivalent to the average weekly hours worked If you are interested in seeking more information, please contact Stephanie Heusinger at (630) 466-0303.
