Full-time, on-site position is located in Phoenix, Arizona

The Mid-Level SEO Analyst will create comprehensive online marketing strategies based on our client's goals and needs. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to Overdrives search strategy knowledge base as a subject matter expert and execute against large-scale campaigns with guidance, working within interdisciplinary teams.

When applying for this role, it would be ideal to provide examples of enterprise level sites you have worked on, along with outlining some of the key performance results that were achieved based on your optimization efforts. Key candidates should also have experience working in highly competitive markets and should be able to demonstrate a clear and proven SEO process based on many years of learning and hands on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop cohesive, compelling SEO strategies for our clients that guide the development & content processes
• Manage a team with diverse skills sets including technology, content, social and media
• Communicate strategic visions to our clients, and help them and their business development teams disperse the strategy to the greater organization
  
  

We'd Like To See

• 4-7 years' experience in SEO/SEM in a digital/interactive/mobile/web environment
• Experience with technical audits
• Intimate knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of various data sources and the ability to know when to use which research tool
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
• Ability to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals
• Experience of managing agency teams
• Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript, and/or CSS
• Knowledge of the inner workings of local search & local rankings
• Experience with local listings management (LLM) and local SEO
• Strong technical aptitude including ability to understand website technologies
• Demonstrated prowess in analyzing and interpreting complex data using advanced Excel
• Track record of leadership, coaching and mentoring
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem resolution skills that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment
