This position is situated within the IT Applications Engineering department, reporting directly to the Head of CRM, IT Applications Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to conceptualize and construct technical architecture, alongside the ability to create and execute solutions that integrate seamlessly across various platforms, including system integration and authentication. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire development process, delivering solutions that prioritize security, performance, resilience, and scalability. The role plays a significant part in advancing Verily's commitment to precision health, bridging the divide between research and care.Responsibilities

Design and Implementation:

Develop and implement marketing cloud solutions to support various marketing strategies. This includes creating customizations to support customer journeys, email campaigns, and integrating with other platforms.Platform, Data Management and Analytics:

Administer and maintain the marketing cloud platform, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability. Oversee data management within the platform, including data import/export, segmentation, and analysis. Utilize analytics to drive insights and improve campaign effectiveness.Customization and Integration:

Customize the marketing cloud platform to meet specific business needs. Integrate with external systems and APIs to enhance functionality.Compliance with Healthcare Regulations : Ensure all marketing campaigns and data handling comply with healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) in the U.S., GDPR in Europe, and other relevant local laws.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and proven experience in marketing cloud platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Proficiency in AMPScript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with database management and SQL.Familiarity with API integrations and web services and strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in marketing cloud platforms.Advanced knowledge of email marketing, mobile marketing, and customer journey mapping.Experience with CRM systems, data analytics tools and integrations.Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
