Are you a driven and experienced Community Manager ready to make an impact? Brookside Properties is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Community Manager to lead our team at The Fitzroy, a 85-unit apartment community located just 5 minutes from downtown Louisville.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and support both office and maintenance staff
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata (preferred)

What You'll Do

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the community
• Drive occupancy and manage leasing strategies
• Lead collections and control delinquency
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage budget and operating expenses
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
• Deliver outstanding resident service and maintain high satisfaction
