This achievement reflects our core belief that a truly exceptional workplace is built on trust, pride, and camaraderie - not just great perks.We are seeking a Social Media Manager for one of our investment products, DilMil, to grow the Instagram page, TikTok page (followers & engagement), and Influencer marketing.Your main tasks will be:Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategyCreate engaging content for all social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videosMonitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activitiesEngage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentionsAnalyze social media metrics to track performance and generate reportsCollaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goalsPlan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and eventsStay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesWe expect from you: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar roleStrong understanding of the South Asian culture and communityExcellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practicesProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or CanvaStrong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreativity and the ability to think outside the boxPublic-speaking skills (able to create content in front of the camera)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to put out brave content (by taking a stand, being slightly risky)What we offer:Work in a dynamic and creative environmentOpportunities for professional developmentFlexible working hoursFully remote position with travel opportunitiesSounds good?
