Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on styling, decorating, and entertaining Seek out and promote innovative ways to make the brand a neighborhood destination for inspiration Interpret and execute visual inspiration to drive sales and convey the eclectic, creative, and modern spirit of the brand Ensure merchandising and displays are visually compelling to drive sales Model and coach associates on how to uphold visual standards Promote the lifestyle and protect the image of the brand Additional Responsibilities
Make the store a fun, inspirational neighborhood destination Continuously seek inspiration, trends, and ways to elevate product, decorating, and styling expertise Replenish the sales floor regularly and maintain visual presentation and displays Execute floorsets reflecting the brand's inspiration, standards, and spirit within the required timeframe Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect, in line with our People-First Philosophy Collaboration and Leadership
Collaborate with the sales team by appreciating and valuing the talents and contributions of others. 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual roles 1-2 years experience in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred; specialty retail experience is a plus Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills Proven ability to motivate and influence others College degree or equivalent experience preferred Physical Requirements
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods Ability to operate POS system Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely Additional Notes
Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts. Greater availability may be required for 20+ hours weekly. Weekend availability must be on two separate days. Benefits
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. The anticipated pay range is $17.25-$18.25 per hour.
