We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business objectives. The position is based in Norwalk, Connecticut, and requires expertise in email platforms, campaign analytics, and digital marketing best practices. Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility. Utilize platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce to manage campaigns and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve open and click-through rates. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for future strategies. Ensure email content adheres to best practices, maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Leverage tools like Adobe Dreamweaver to design and refine email templates. Monitor email deliverability metrics and troubleshoot issues with email service providers. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Requirements

Proven experience with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, ExactTarget, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with email campaigns. Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques. Familiarity with email design tools like Adobe Dreamweaver. Analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform decision-making. In-depth understanding of email marketing best practices, including compliance and deliverability. Ability to plan and execute campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
