Strategic Communications Manager
will develop business communications, serve as the primary business writer for McCormicks corporate voice, and support various communication initiatives including company announcements, annual reports, executive speech writing, social media, crisis statements, and stakeholder communication. Collaboration with functional teams such as Investor Relations and Government Affairs is essential. Key Responsibilities: Writing and preparing company announcements and reports Leading speechwriting and communication for senior executives Partnering with Investor Relations, Government Affairs, and other teams on strategic messaging Working with Employee Communications and overseeing company archives Required Qualifications: BA in Communications, Marketing, or related field 7+ years of professional writing experience in Marketing/Communications Excellent project management and communication skills Proven ability to influence across functions and levels Strong understanding of the food industry and competitors Leadership without direct authority Strategic thinking, influence, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a matrix environment and meet deadlines #LI-SM1 Note:
