We are seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager to lead and manage two portrait studios within a host environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead the operation and staff of two portrait studios.
2. Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
3. Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
4. Manage performance and develop the skills of team members.
5. Achieve studio results such as sales averages and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
2. 2-5 years of supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
3. Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
5. Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, Microsoft Excel).

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
