Who We Are Looking For

Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Lead HCP Marketer to join our growing US AIR Marketing Team. This role will focus on pre-launch activities for our product, Trimbow, in anticipation of FDA approval. The ideal candidate will help introduce Chiesi and our products to the US asthma and COPD respiratory community, guiding key commercial projects and working effectively with a high degree of autonomy. The position reports to the head of US AIR marketing and includes direct reports.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop go-to-market strategies and brand plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key customers and respiratory organizations.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of TLLs, ensuring strategic direction and compliance.
  4. Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  5. Manage peer-to-peer and speaker program initiatives.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive threats.
  7. Coordinate with sales teams to align customer engagement strategies.
  8. Attend industry meetings to stay updated on trends and technologies.
  9. Partner with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment and execution.
  10. Manage agency relationships and ensure goal achievement and innovation.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  12. Engage in customer-facing activities as needed.
  13. Contribute to leadership presentations and updates.

Experience Required

  • 6+ years’ experience in pharma HCP marketing.
  • Previous product launch experience in asthma or COPD.
  • Proven success in leading product marketing projects.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with field teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and related tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to navigate medical, legal, and regulatory processes collaboratively.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance on complex tasks.
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 30% or more if remote).
  • Preferred: People management, AGILE marketing, digital experience.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related fields.
