We are seeking an experienced design leader to support our product launch campaigns, social media accounts, experiential events, and activations. The ideal candidate will create innovative work that extends beyond the cannabis industry.

You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director and Art Directors to develop compelling designs across the consumer journey, including print assets and digital interfaces. Additionally, you will find innovative ways to evolve and scale our brand design systems, tackle complex problems, and craft elegant, simple solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Refine the existing brand look, ensuring consistency across all mediums.
2. Create hero image art, including photos and digital posters for new products.
3. Design cohesive social media posts.
4. Develop direct response campaigns.
5. Design print materials and packaging.
6. Work on digital marketing assets.
7. Create Facebook and Instagram ads, both static and motion.
8. Design affiliate and display advertising.
9. Develop responsive web designs.
10. Design landing pages and emails.

Qualifications:

• 5-9 years of relevant experience.
• Must have an online portfolio (no PDFs).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
• Knowledge of type and EULA implementation.
• Experience with UX/UI design and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• A creative problem-solver and strategic thinker with passion and enthusiasm.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and explore various approaches to meet briefs.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is required.
