As a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing the creative development of all internal and external projects, including print, digital, motion, web, and interactive. You will generate creative ideas by concepting collateral development to fulfill all client needs, produce sketches, storyboards, moodboards, roughs, and comps, and supervise designers, illustrators, photographers, and production artists on all projects.

You will work closely with our Project Managers and Creative Directors to develop and execute design solutions for corporate events that align with brand guidelines and event marketing objectives. Your ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines while developing design solutions that meet event marketing objectives will be crucial to your success in this role.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 6 years relevant experience
  • The ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines while developing design solutions that meet event marketing objectives
  • The ability to oversee the creative development of all internal and external projects, including print, digital, motion, web, and interactive
  • The ability to generate creative ideas by concepting collateral development to fulfill all client needs
  • Strong sketching, storyboarding, moodboarding, roughing, and comps skills
  • Experience supervising designers, illustrators, and production artists on all projects
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD, Premiere, Media Encoder, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and PowerPoint

Working Conditions:

  • Full time (30-40 hours a week) from home
  • Works 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time (Miami Time)
  • Fast and efficient communication in English required
  • The opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company
  • Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects (1-2 business days on most simple projects)
