Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced Loyalty Communications Manager with strong project management skills, a passion for loyalty campaigns, and experience in SMS marketing. In this role, you’ll define the vision/strategy for the SMS channel, manage our relationship with the provider, help define the owned channel strategy with the Retail Media Network team, and collaborate with the Loyalty CRM team to develop targeted/personalized communications that drive meaningful behavioral changes and measurable business outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate Would Be

  • Loyalty communications strategist – experience in managing and executing omnichannel loyalty campaigns to drive key priorities and desired customer actions; strong audience segmentation understanding.
  • Project manager – ability to establish ownership of the SMS channel, define SOPs, create project plans, manage timelines, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proven collaborator – capable of working across teams and geographies to build positive connections via compelling campaigns and experiences.
  • Strategic thinker & innovator – able to define strategy, vision, and roadmap to evolve channel capabilities to meet business needs.

What You Will Do

SMS Project Management

  • Planning & intake management: act as the primary contact for the SMS channel, understanding business needs and gathering information for campaign execution.
  • Campaign development, management, & optimization: manage campaigns end-to-end, establish SOPs, develop omnichannel campaigns, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Collaboration: work with internal teams (Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics, Legal) and external providers to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Change Management: manage scope, schedule, and costs, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

CRM Strategy & Support

  • Oversee execution of omnichannel loyalty campaigns, support personalized communications and campaigns.
  • Manage new SMS keywords and user flows for seamless customer experience.
  • Define strategy for the SMS channel and build a multi-year roadmap with the Product team.
  • Partner with Retail Media Network to evolve owned channel capabilities.
  • Maintain the loyalty campaign calendar and leverage A/B testing for optimization.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  • Derive insights from dashboards and translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices.
  • Support team needs with problem solving and day-to-day tasks.
  • Support flexible working hours for global operations.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience overseeing omnichannel campaigns; loyalty program experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of TCPA Guidelines, mobile/SMS marketing trends, and technicalities.
  • Ability to monitor campaign calendars, budgets, and report on metrics.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, lifecycle management, and acquisition/conversion.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills and testing methodology understanding.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and follow guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
