You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality operational guidelines and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and update technical documentation.
- Edit, format, and enhance content such as SOPs, work instructions, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure documentation adherence to grammatical, technical, and stylistic standards suitable for regulated environments.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other editing software for content updates.
- Support process improvements in documentation practices.
- Review and audit existing documentation for accuracy and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with team members for clarity and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide training or guidance on documentation tools and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends in technical writing.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of technical writing or document control experience, preferably in manufacturing or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with organizational systems and web-based editing platforms is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools like FrameMaker, Illustrator, RoboHelp is advantageous.
- Familiarity with auditing practices and AP style guidelines.
- Understanding of Agile Scrum or AB testing processes is a bonus.
