We are looking for a talented UI Architect / Micro Front End Expert to join our team on a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a remote position based in New York, where you will be a key player in driving our front-end architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple team codebases across repositories efficiently.
  2. Implement and optimize Vite for fast and efficient builds.
  3. Develop and maintain micro front-ends using Module Federation.
  4. Ensure seamless feature on-demand loading and headless store management.
  5. Oversee headless router management and headless brochure content/simple CMS integration.
  6. Publish and integrate component libraries effectively.
  7. Handle cloud publishing and deployment tasks.
  8. Utilize GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes.
  9. Ensure code quality using Lint and Sonar.
  10. Develop with hardcore React and ES6/JavaScript without relying on magic libraries.

Skills

  1. Proven experience with Vite and Micro-FE.
  2. Expertise in Module Federation and feature on-demand loading.
  3. Strong knowledge of headless store and router management.
  4. Experience with headless brochure content/simple CMS.
  5. Proficiency in component library publishing and integration.
  6. Mastery of NPM and package management.
  7. Solid understanding of cloud publishing and deployment.
  8. Familiarity with GitLab, Lint, and Sonar.
  9. Advanced skills in React and ES6/JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with Redux or similar store management libraries.
  2. Knowledge of REST/Fetch for API integration.
  3. Familiarity with Lighthouse, Axe, and Screaming Frog for performance and accessibility testing.

The pay range for this role is $42 - $80 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
