Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to define, develop, and execute strategies aimed at driving revenue growth through digital marketing demand generation in core markets. This role involves leveraging customer insights to identify growth opportunities within the marketing sector. The successful candidate will own the responsibility for stimulating demand within North American markets to effectively fill sales funnels.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Create compelling email content including subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and visual elements to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns from concept and design to testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Monitor deliverability metrics and optimize campaigns to reduce bounce rates and improve inbox placement.
- Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Write and refine copy that resonates with the target audience and drives action.
- Collaborate with the Art Director on images, videos, and other visual elements.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads as appropriate.
- Adjust targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and budget based on real-time data to maximize ROI and reach.
- Track and report key metrics while providing insights and recommendations.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot.
- Experience in marketing and creating email campaigns.
- Strong skills in content creation and email marketing strategies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote contract position for 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension. The role requires effective use of digital marketing platforms and tools in a dynamic and flexible work setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Valencia, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr.
