We focus on the details of every project and most importantly, we focus on our client Job Responsibilities: To seek and develop a new base of commercial clients while growing and maintaining existing commercial customers.•Manage all social media, lead-generation sites, and mail campaigns to help build client pool.•Take complete responsibility for CertaPro marketing systems.•Develop lead creation tactics via digital, assertive, word of mouth, previous customer, commercial prospecting, etc. to generate RFP's (request for proposals).•Create case studies for CertaPro painting projects from in-process to completed work.•Drive lead generation by heading up our on-line review campaigns (Google, Yelp, Angi, etc.) including written responses to all reviews.•Prospecting new clients and offices •Follow up though maintenance calls on existing clients•Attend and exhibit at relevant trade shows•Join and participate in local chapters of industry relevant networking groups•Set up and conduct office presentations and high impact events•Develop close working relationships with CertaPro sales and office staff, as well as a basic working relationship with both employee and subcontractor painters.Candidate shall develop a commercial marketing territory in the following commercial verticals: •Residential managed property •Commercial managed property•Hospitality (hotels and restaurants)•Assisted Living•Institutional (schools and hospitals)•Office parks, Office buildings, Industrial parks.Qualifications:•Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently without direction.•Ability to Multi-Task•Excellent communication skills•Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset•Past Marketing experience a plus Perks:•PTO•Paid Holidays•Health care package•Cell phone and computer provided by CertaPro Painters•Paid training and travel when necessary•Company vehicle provided after training and working on own•Monday through Friday Schedule with occasional weekendsCompensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Opportunity is KnockingQualities like working hard, getting the job done right, and fostering respect while working as part of a team are core to the CertaPro Painters® brand culture.
