Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager for Product Page Detail will oversee the development and execution of copy and content production and marketing strategies to drive engagement with our Product Detail Pages. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of copy and photography professionals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with external partners to deliver effective and engaging product detail page experiences that drive add to cart improvements and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to build tiered product PDP strategies and SLA's to meet current and future customer needs based on product category or other unique characteristics. Manage a team of copy and photography professionals to ensure successful execution initiatives and production SLA's. Collaborate with product management and UX design teams, SEO, and web teams to ensure that product pages are optimized for site performance, conversion, and user experience. Monitor and analyze tiered product page performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Work with our brand team, vendors, and merchants to streamline processes, develop standards to drive agility, improve SLA, and ultimately drive best-in-class execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually seek opportunities to innovate and optimize the work of the function. Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce or e-commerce operations, and/or product marketing. Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Creative problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
