Marketing Analyst – Major Brand Agency
HireMinds is partnering with a Boston ad agency on their search for a Marketing Analyst. This role will collaborate across teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client business dynamics, market trends, and campaign performance.
Prepare and QA clean, integrated datasets, identifying data anomalies.
Develop reports and insights to inform strategy and real-time optimization.
Present analytical findings to internal teams and clients.
Work with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, testing).
Support data pipeline development and integration of media, web, and customer data.
Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, research, or related fields (internship or full-time).
Strong problem solver with a data-driven mindset and storytelling abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and data visualization platforms.
Comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in marketing analytics or a related field.
