As an Advertising Account Manager on the Enterprise Advertising team in our NY Office, you’ll play a vital role in working closely with the sales team and Tier 1 brand & agency clients to create campaigns that get great results and manage those clients post-sale. These campaigns will run programmatically and through our native channels. You will understand how to be a consultant with both our internal and external programmatic and native teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
This person will be responsible for managing a large, dynamic book of business and developing strong relationships with our advertisers. We are looking for someone passionate about content, with strong client-facing experience, ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company.
To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need
- 4+ years of online advertising experience and proven results in a customer-facing role, building long-term relationships with customers.
- An ability to work cross-functionally with teams including product, legal, finance, professional services, and marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- A true passion for online content and in-depth knowledge of web marketing.
- An eye for commercial success—identifying opportunities for upsells and optimizing client campaigns.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience mapping out strategic account plans.
- Experience upselling/cross-selling with a quota.
- Experience buying Taboola, for a publisher or a brand/agency.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Managing client relationships during all post-sale activities.
- Launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns weekly through strategic thinking, problem solving, and data analysis to meet client KPIs.
- Reporting on insights, recommendations, and new product capabilities to clients, with a goal to upsell and generate new revenue.
- Conducting in-person quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
- Analyzing your book of business to identify growth opportunities.
- Traveling to visit clients monthly.

The pay and commission vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Our compensation package may include bonuses, equity, flexible PTO, insurance, a 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and more.
Base Salary Range: $84,000 - $107,000 USD
Total Compensation Range: $106,000 - $134,500 USD
