We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!

Real people serving awesome sandwiches quickly, with a goal of delivering to customers in under 12 minutes!

Inshop Crew Members are responsible for making fast, accurate sandwiches, taking phone orders, maintaining cleanliness, assisting in prepping, and completing various tasks inside the restaurant.

We operate at a fast pace with upbeat managers, creating a fun environment focused on excellent customer service!

Memorizing the menu is just the beginning of representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast products!

Requirements:

• Maintain customer service standards
• Foster teamwork
• Deliver exceptional customer and store experiences
• Greet and thank customers with a smile and eye contact
• Ensure quality store operations
• Keep the store and equipment clean
• Follow all food safety and security guidelines
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions responsibly

Must have daytime availability and be able to work during busy lunch hours!

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly
• Stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts
• Be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer (40°F to -10°F)
