Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Location: Las Vegas, NV (89169) – Hybrid

Contract Duration: 6+ Months (W2 Contract; No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

Overview:

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a large-scale digital transformation for one of our premier hospitality clients. This role will focus on rebuilding and consolidating multiple websites into a unified, modern digital experience across properties. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of UX best practices, and the ability to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Figma to design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows that enhance digital experiences.
  • Develop mobile-first designs that scale seamlessly across desktops and tablets.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices to ensure inclusive and user-friendly designs.
  • Collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user engagement.
  • Maintain and refine design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of UX/UI design experience in web and mobile environments.
  • Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development constraints.
  • Experience designing mobile-first web experiences with the ability to scale to larger screens.
  • Familiarity with WCAG, accessibility best practices, and usability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
