Associate Media Buyer Job at Digital Remedy in Denver

Digital Remedy is looking for an Associate Media Buyer to join our team. The Associate Media Buyer will be responsible for executing media buys across various channels, ensuring campaign pacing and performance that support client goals while driving Digital Remedy’s margin responsibly. The individual will utilize critical problem-solving skills and their knowledge of programmatic advertising to craft and implement optimization strategies to maximize client value. They will interpret data and reporting related to pacing, performance, cost, margin, and discrepancies between 3rd and 1st party data, troubleshooting campaign issues throughout the entire cycle. We seek someone passionate about digital media, eager to stay at the forefront of technological change, and capable of learning and contributing quickly.

Requirements

• Execute digital ad campaigns across display, mobile, social, search, video, and emerging media from launch to completion.
• Optimize campaigns to meet specified goals.
• Analyze campaign performance reports.
• Test traffic sources and run campaigns wherever economically viable across business units.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our overall business, balancing performance, quality, and profitability.
• Collaborate with team members to implement cohesive strategies.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage resources autonomously across all necessary activities.

Our Ideal Candidate

• At least 2+ years of experience in online media buying.
• Experience with pacing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Programmatic media buying experience via DSPs such as Xandr Invest, TheTradeDesk, Beeswax, Yahoo! DSP, etc.
• Ability to learn quickly, work well in a team, and manage change effectively.
• Strong desire to grow the company and help it dominate the market.
• Willingness to take smart technical risks to achieve outsized wins.

Compensation and Location

The expected salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 annually. This full-time position includes benefits and is based in either New Orleans, LA, or Denver, CO, with work during typical weekday hours. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. Final salary will depend on experience, accomplishments, and location. We are committed to equitable pay and do not consider these ranges as caps.
