Job Description

The Content Lead within Firmwide Marketing will be a core member of a team responsible for shaping ideas, offering creative guidance and integrated execution, and managing the flow of Firm thought leadership from the Firm’s Investment Management business and its Global Sustainability Office. This role operates within the larger context and narrative of the Brokerage brand and its core values. The individual will collaborate with teams in Corporate Communications/Earned Media, Paid Advertising, Digital Marketing, and others to amplify content across the Firm’s channels. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners in Investment Management and Global Sustainability is critical for generating a steady flow of diverse content, including articles, videos, podcasts, and other storytelling formats.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a newsroom-style digital publication, whether in a media organization or a financial services firm. They should have an instinct for narratives that balance business priorities with the need to attract a broad audience interested in markets, economies, and investment trends. Subject matter expertise in digital content interaction across devices and platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years managing and/or editing investment-related content for mass media or a large corporation, with multiple stakeholders and a broad audience. Familiarity with the financial services industry, global markets, and sector dynamics is required.
• Strong editorial instincts to quickly grasp complex ideas and reframe them for engaged, motivated, but nonexpert audiences.
• Expertise in rewriting and editing to apply style and structure, maintaining an approachable yet sophisticated narrative voice.
• Experience managing multimedia content creators for web, social, mobile, video, audio, and other digital channels.
• Knowledge of online content creation, management, and curation to enhance brand reputation and support business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt/reprioritize with ease.
• Experience using a CMS for real-time content management.
• Experience with SEO and analytics-driven content strategies.
• Experience with generative AI in content creation and amplification is preferred.
