We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team to activate small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as new advertisers on a social media platform JumpCrew is partnered with. In this role, you’ll focus on net new advertiser acquisition—educating business owners, pitching the value, and helping them launch their first campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
  • Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality advertiser experience
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success and advertiser satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activation and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or account executive roles preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needs
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Performance Metrics:

  • Activate a minimum of 20 new advertisers per month
  • Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness
  • $48,000 base salary + monthly commissions = on-target earnings of $75,000-$80,000
  • Commissions are uncapped!
