Position: Creative Business Assistant (Seasonal, 1099 Contract with Potential for Full-Time)

Location: McKinney, TX and surrounding areas (Hybrid)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated Business Assistant to join our growing creative studio. This is not your average admin gig. You’ll be involved in everything from hands-on studio setup and behind-the-scenes content production to researching products, managing event logistics, and building out workflow systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, quick on their feet, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You should be just as comfortable picking up a Facebook Marketplace find as you are helping brainstorm interactive experiences for our guests. This role blends logistics with creativity—and if you’ve got the energy, problem-solving mindset, and a great attitude, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and manage Facebook Marketplace purchases for studio needs.
• Conduct research on products, pricing models, business services, and customer needs.
• Help decorate and set up our new studio space—everything from layout ideas to sourcing items.
• Co-produce promotional and digital content for the studio.
• Assist with the creation and production of entertainment-based content for social media.
• Brainstorm and help create fun, engaging games and challenges for studio guests.
• Capture basic video/photo content for studio use and guest behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.
• Help develop and implement workflow and organizational systems.
• Tackle additional tasks and projects as they come up.

• Positive, can-do attitude and takes direction well
• Open to seasonal contract work (1099), with potential for full-time after 12 months

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with social media content production or marketing
• A good eye for decor and design
• Familiarity with small business operations or studio workflows
• Basic video/photo editing skills
