Your Role
O Positiv is looking for a proactive and detail oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role will sit at the intersection of operations, marketing, and ecommerce. This role will primarily focus on O Positivs social marketplaces (e.g., tiktok shop) and will also manage newly emerging marketing and sales channels as well. Youll be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day performance, supporting channel operations, and helping to shape the customer experience through messaging and promotions.
Youll thrive in this role if youre a self-starter, can juggle multiple moving pieces with ease, can jump into existing processes and help improve them, and are excited to dive head-first into a fast-growing commerce platform.
Responsibilities and Duties.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and sales operations, including product registration, pricing exemptions, and platform-specific coupons.
- Optimize and maintain ecommerce product listings for accuracy and consistency; support new SKU launches.
Oversee subscription product setup and performance to ensure a seamless customer experience and retention. - Monitor and resolve order issues, implement systems to minimize cancellations, and collaborate with Customer Experience and Operations for swift resolutions.
- Coordinate with legal to enforce brand protection, including counterfeit reporting, asset registration, and protocol development against unauthorized sellers.
- Lead CRM messaging strategy, executing campaigns to drive conversions, promote new products, and enhance subscriber retention.
- Track and analyze channel performance, compiling actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- 12 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing, or sales operations
- Startup experience or experience in CPG is a plus
Interpersonal:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailyou spot inconsistencies and know how to fix them
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and wear multiple hats hard working, organized, and results-oriented individual
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable building processes from scratch
- Strong communicator, especially in cross-functional environments, with ability to listen, reflect, and proactively learn
- Strong interest in womens health is a major plus
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $80,000 $90,000/year. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidates experience and local market rates.
