Position: Senior Designer
Full Time, onsite only
Location: Plano, TX
Salary: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00
About the Role:
Design modern web components, emails, and digital collateral to support internal strategy and promotional campaigns.
Develop innovative branding ideas for large clients and create functional, interactive prototypes.
Leverage and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and reusability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
8+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
MUST BE proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools.
Excellent understanding of UX/web design principles, HTML/CSS, and web accessibility.
Detail-oriented with a natural eye for design and strong written and verbal communication skills.
