Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a full-time, full benefits, remote Content Experience Specialist. As a part of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) team for a worldwide marketing organization, you'll focus on managing marketing content syndication and work with users to optimize their experiences in finding and accessing content/assets. Your 2-4 years of experience with user-centered design solutions gained from previous roles across Digital Marketing, Design, Content Strategy, Content Management, or User Experience Journeys will be key to your success. Candidates in Austin, Texas are preferred, but we are also open to hiring a fully remote employee who can collaborate during central time business hours with a preference in these states: CA, CO, FL, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

Support the management of marketing content syndication with consumer partners, which enables digital content to be featured on e-tailer hardware product sitesOptimize and improve the user experience to streamline searching for content within an established digital asset management system (DAM)Identify opportunities for improving user experience paths to content, metadata schema, and taxonomyEmbrace a customer-focused mindset and user-centered design principles for core projectsDesign and lay out pages within an integrated DAM to streamline content discoverySupport teams, including uploading and tagging content, building pages within the CMS, and identifying and leading training opportunitiesHow to be a top candidate for this job:

Background in content management, content strategy, or digital marketing management with user-centered experiencesExperience with content distribution or content syndication solutions2-4 years of experience using digital asset management (DAM) and content management system (CMS) programs and toolsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, library science, information science, communication management, archival science, or a related fieldExcellent social and oral/written communication skills with a strong emphasis on presentation skillsSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES will use the “How does this opportunity fit you?” part of our application to share specific experiences and knowledge of a DAM or CMS and work with syndicated contentSkills:
