Mission
Plan, create, and upload high-quality, trend-driven, viral-worthy content for Princess Polly TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Support the Social team to meet business goals, amplify the brand voice, and drive sales through engaging social media content. Focus on the SoHo, NYC store, aligning content with seasonal peaks, business goals, and marketing initiatives to maximize impact and engagement.

Performance Assessment

  • Create engaging, on-brand TikTok and Instagram content as outlined by the Social Media Manager.
  • Attend in-person events and create social media content, including Instagram and TikTok Stories.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Director and Content Creators to fulfill social creation briefs.
  • Research trends and pitch new social media ideas.
  • Feature the SoHo, NYC Store in content, organizing in-store shooting days.

Major Components

  • Create TikTok content from research to filming/editing.
  • Plan, curate, and edit Instagram Reels and Stories.
  • Support in-store content creation and real-time uploads.
  • Coordinate content scheduling with the team.
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Follow stock guidelines and stock request protocols.
  • Monitor competitors and industry news.
  • Attend weekly at the SoHo store for content capture and influencer engagement.
  • Support other social team tasks and alert marketing of viral trends.
  • Collaborate on on-screen copy and captions with the Creative Copywriter.
  • Arrange in-store shoots with retail team members.

Relationships & Communication

  • Maintain positive communication with all departments and external partners.
  • Establish priorities and make decisions aligned with business interests.
  • Represent Princess Polly professionally at events and in dealings with influencers and agencies.

Meeting Rhythm

  • Prepare weekly agendas for meetings with the Social Media Director.
  • Attend bi-weekly social team meetings and weekly brainstorms.

Role Duration

3-month contract from June 1st, 2025, to August 1st, 2025 (TBC).
