Digital Marketing Associate

A2O Entertainment is a Global Culture and Technology Enterprise led by Producer Soo Man Lee, the founder of K-Pop (SM Entertainment).


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in the entertainment industry. With 3-5 years of experience, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our music and artists across various platforms. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a passion for entertainment to engage audiences and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube), and paid advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Collaborate withinternal teams (e.g., producers, marketing, and PR) to align marketing efforts with new single/album releases.
  • Create and manage engaging content tailored to target audiences, including images, video snippets, and copy that resonate with music fans.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms, providing actionable insights and reports to improve ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and audience preferences within the entertainment and music space to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
  • Assist in managing influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Support SEO efforts to enhance visibility of entertainment properties, including websites and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed to execute high-impact campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment industry (music, film, TV, gaming, or live events).
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results (e.g., audience growth, ticket sales, streaming metrics).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid advertising strategies, and content optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Passion for entertainment and a finger on the pulse of pop culture trends.
